Film Lovers in San Antonio will unite with an audience of over 100,000 in over 250 cities across 6 Continents when the MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival screens at the URBAN-15 Studio!
Ten short films selected from 589 entries from 27 countries will screen in over 250 cinemas across 6 continents during the week of Sept 26- Oct 5. These short films will not only entertain a global audience but will be judged by that audience as well. Cinema goers will become instant film critics as they will be handed a ballot upon entry that allows them to vote for Best Film and Best Actor. Votes will be tallied at each venue, sent to MANHATTAN SHORT HQ, and the winner will officially be announced on Monday October 6th on www.manhattanshort.com.
With finalists from this festival's 17-year history going on to be nominated and even win the Oscar in the short film category, MANHATTAN SHORT is a wonderful opportunity to see the next generation of feature filmmakers from around the world!
